Activism bio (charitable work)
Mike Farrell is the co-chair of Human Rights Watch California, chair of Death Penalty Focus , spokesperson for Concern America and Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He has been a passionate human rights advocate for over twenty years, opposing the death penalty and speaking publicly about the plight of refugees and the problems with U.S. policies in Central America. In addition, Mike is the President of Family Motion Pictures whose mission is to make motion pictures that encourage parents to bring their children with them to the theatre. Mr. Farrell is also a vegetarian and animal rights supporter.
